The idea started in 1998 by Yiannis Adamis and his wife, in a huge effort to enliven the flavors of the ancient Greeks, since gastronomy is an integral part of our culture. With the help of scientific experts, recipes and culinary habits of the ancient Greeks were collected through study of rare books and travels in libraries abroad.
The menu includes meat, seafood and unique specialities that you can taste only here.
